“ I first went to Toyota of Melbourne with my Mother-in-law who’s sales man was Rob. Rob was really great, kind, funny and helped get my MIL into her white Chevy. I had been coordinating for a while back and forth with Salee via email and she was very patient and prompt in corresponding with me. My husband and I wanted to meet with Rob and were on a time crunch and unfortunately did not get to work with him when we went in. When we went in though we met with Roger T. Who sold us our used Toyota 4Runner. Roger was also great to work with. We had an agreement on our 4Runner that if we bought it, the back bumper would be fixed. Zoila and Jacob were really great in keeping me posted, contacting me, helping me with the paperwork and getting into a rental while waiting on my vehicle to be fixed up. Brittany was also really great. I never met or talked to her, but she was behind the scenes in getting us in contact with Toyota to get our 4Runner fixed up. The only negative thing I would mention is, if you buy a used vehicle, to make a note of ANY issues. My husband later noticed a slight issue on the front bumper of our 4Runner, but because it was after we signed all the paperwork and everything they couldn’t fix it for free. It’s hardly noticeable though so we’re not sweating it and we got an amazing deal on it regardless. It looks brand new for being a used 2018 vehicle. Everyone all around were great though, and took great care of us. We will recommend Toyota vehicles and dealerships to anyone who asks! ”
